Welcome to The Beauty Sleeper.

These Terms & Conditions apply when you place an order at thebeautysleeper.com. By completing a purchase, you accept the terms outlined below. We kindly ask you to read them carefully before placing your order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information appears to be incorrect.

Unfortunately, The Beauty Sleeper is unable to guarantee changes to an order once it has been completed. We kindly ask you to review your order, delivery details and contact information before checking out.

The Beauty Sleeper accepts the payment methods shown at checkout, including:

Dankort
VISA/Dankort
Eurocard/Mastercard
VISA/Electron
MobilePay

Payment is handled securely through our payment provider. The Beauty Sleeper does not store your full payment card details.

All prices are shown in EUR, USD or DKK and do not include delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.

For customers within the European Union, VAT is included in all prices.

For customers outside the European Union, VAT, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may be added by the customs authorities or delivery provider in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

While we always strive to avoid pricing errors, mistakes may occasionally occur. If the correct price is lower than the stated price, you will be charged the lower amount. If the correct price is higher than the price shown on the webshop, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will contact you by e-mail.

At The Beauty Sleeper, we always strive for quick and careful delivery. Orders are usually processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but longer handling or delivery times may occur during public holidays, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.

All available shipping methods, delivery times and delivery prices are shown on our Shipping & Delivery page and/or at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your package or its contents appear to be damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thebeautysleeper.com and include your order number and photos of the parcel and product.

If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for the full return instructions, conditions and refund process.

As a consumer shopping online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an exception applies.

Returned products must be sent back in a proper and protective way. The product must be in a condition that allows us to assess the return according to applicable consumer law.

All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, giving consumers a 24-month right to complain about faults or defects.

The right of complaint applies to defects that were present at the time of purchase. It does not cover damage caused by negligent use, lack of care, incorrect handling, normal wear and tear, or changes caused by use over time.
