Welcome to The Beauty Sleeper.

When shopping with us, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions. We kindly ask you to read through them carefully before placing your order at TheBeautySleeper.com.

Miscellaneous

We send all orders with tracking to ensure safe delivery and to make it possible to trace your parcel in case of problems during shipment.

All orders are insured during transportation. Upon delivery, we kindly ask you to inspect the contents carefully. Should your package or its contents be damaged upon arrival, please contact The Beauty Sleeper immediately, and no later than two days after receiving your order.

Damaged goods must be returned to us.

The Beauty Sleeper is not responsible for goods damaged during transportation. However, we always pack all orders carefully to minimize possible damage during shipment.

Shipping & Handling

At The Beauty Sleeper, we always strive for quick and careful delivery. Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.

Please note that longer delivery times may occur during public holidays.

Should delays occur with PostNord or DHL, The Beauty Sleeper cannot be held liable.

Shipping Denmark

Free shipping with PostNord on orders over 750 DKK.

Delivery to your office: 29 DKK
Delivery to nearest postal depot: 39 DKK
Delivery to your home: 49 DKK

Shipping Europe

Free shipping with Standard Mail on orders over €100.

Orders under €100

Europe: €8

Standard Mail

Sweden & Germany: approximately 2–4 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed — please allow up to 7 business days.

Rest of Europe: approximately 4–5 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed, please allow up to 10 business days.

All European shipments sent with Standard Mail include track and trace, and a signature is required upon delivery.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a note with information regarding collection from your nearest postal depot.

Any customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Express Service

Free shipping with DHL Express on orders over €250.

Orders under €250

DHL Express: €20

DHL Express Europe: approximately 1–2 business days.

You will receive tracking information and text updates, and a signature is required upon delivery.

Shipping Worldwide

Free shipping with Standard Mail on orders over $150.

Orders under $150

Worldwide: $10

Standard Mail Worldwide: approximately 5–10 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed, please allow up to 14 working days.

Worldwide shipments delivered by Standard Mail include track and trace, and a signature is required upon delivery.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a note with information regarding collection from your nearest postal depot.

Express Service Worldwide

Free shipping with DHL Express on orders over $300.

Orders under $300

DHL Express: $25

DHL Express Worldwide: approximately 2–3 business days.

You will receive tracking information and text updates, and a signature is required upon delivery.

Order Changes

Unfortunately, The Beauty Sleeper is unable to make changes to an order once it has been completed. We kindly ask you to carefully review your order before checking out.

Notification of Defects

All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, giving you 24 months to complain about defects or deficiencies.

Complaints covering defects arising within 24 months of purchase are valid unless caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect it carefully.

Please note that The Beauty Sleeper does not cover shipping fees related to complaints.

Payment Methods

The Beauty Sleeper accepts the following payment methods:

The payment will not be withdrawn from your account before your order leaves our warehouse.

Security

The Beauty Sleeper is committed to protecting your privacy.

All information provided by you is gathered securely through SSL (SecureSockets Layer). SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information to ensure secure transmission over the Internet.

Only PBS (your bank) has access to your payment information.

The Beauty Sleeper guarantees that the information you provide will never be disclosed to outside organisations or third parties.

Customs and Sales Tax / VAT

All prices are shown in Euros, US Dollars, and DKK and do not include delivery charges.

For customers within the European Union, VAT (25%) is included in all prices.

For customers outside the European Union (excluding Norway and Switzerland), VAT and sales tax are not included and may instead be charged by customs authorities in your country upon delivery.

While we always strive to avoid pricing errors, mistakes may occasionally occur.

If the correct price is lower than the stated price, you will be charged the lower amount.
If the correct price is higher than the price shown on the webshop, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will contact you by e-mail.

Consumer Protection

The Beauty Sleeper follows the guidelines prescribed by the E-mark and operates in accordance with current Danish consumer laws and regulations.

Complaints

We always aim to resolve any concerns or disputes as quickly and fairly as possible.
