Made from 100% pure mulberry silk, the Columba Black Small Silk Scrunchie gives the hair a soft, gentle hold while helping to reduce friction, pulling and breakage.

Its smaller size makes it ideal for finer hair, smaller ponytails or simply when you want a more discreet hold. The smooth silk glides easily over the hair, making it comfortable to wear throughout the day, to tie your hair back before sleep or to keep it loosely gathered through the night.

Set against a deep black background, colourful moths move across the silk in a print inspired by the quiet beauty of nature after dark.

Made from smooth mulberry silk, our Silk Scrunchies glide gently against the hair, helping to reduce friction, pulling and unwanted creases while keeping the hair comfortably in place.

Craftsmanship

Our pieces are designed in Copenhagen and handcrafted in small quantities by a family-run sewing studio in Shanghai, a city with a long tradition of working with silk.

We work closely with our Danish-based partner, who oversees the making of each piece. Every piece is carefully cut, sewn and finished by hand, with close attention to the details that make it comfortable to use and beautiful to live with, night after night.

For selected designs, we work with surplus and deadstock fabrics, allowing beautiful existing materials to find a new purpose.

Fabric & Care

Our Printed Silk Scrunchies are made from 100% pure mulberry silk, chosen for its exceptionally smooth, soft feel against the hair.

The naturally smooth surface of silk helps reduce friction and pulling, giving the hair a soft, gentle hold whether worn during the day, through the night or simply to tie your hair back before sleep.

Our fabrics are digitally printed in small batches by our OEKO-TEX certified supplier using Azo dye-free inks and minimal water.

Wash gently by hand or on a silk programme at a maximum of 30°C using a specialist silk detergent. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping is available on orders over DKK 2,000 within Denmark and €450 on international orders.

Orders placed before 12 noon on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon are dispatched within 1–3 working days.

In Denmark, orders dispatched on a working day are usually delivered the following working day.
