All orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times below are estimated from the time your order has been dispatched. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by e-mail. During public holidays or busy periods, slightly longer delivery times may occur.

All prices are shown in EUR, USD or DKK, depending on your selected currency. Delivery charges are not included unless otherwise stated.

For customers within the European Union, 25% VAT is included in all prices.

For customers outside the European Union, VAT, sales tax, customs duties or import fees may not be included in the price. These charges may instead be collected by local customs authorities or the courier when your package reaches your country of residence.

We do our best to ensure that all prices and information are correct, but errors may occasionally occur. If the correct price is lower than the stated price, you will be charged the lower price. If the correct price is higher than the stated price, we may need to cancel the order, in which case you will be contacted by e-mail.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during public holidays or due to delays with local carriers such as GLS, DHL or UPS. Unfortunately, The Beauty Sleeper cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been dispatched.
