Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior notice cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and packaging your return securely.
Please note that returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages & Concerns
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thebeautysleeper.com, and we will help you resolve it.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size or colour, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Please also provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know when your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
