We send all orders, so it is possible to track them in case of problems. During shipment, the order is insured and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to The Beauty Sleeper immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return the damaged goods to us. The Beauty Sleeper is not responsible for goods that is damaged during transportation. We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
At The Beauty Sleeper we strive on a quick delivery, so all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. In connection with public holidays longer delivery time may apply. Should there be delays with PostNord or DHL, The Beauty Sleeper cannot be held liable. We are currently unable to ship perfumes outside Denmark due to dangerous goods regulations.

The Beauty Sleeper is not able to make changes to your order after it has been completed, please make sure that everything is correct before you check out.
The Beauty Sleeper will accept returns received within 14 days. The goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened and in their original packaging We recommend you wrap the goods very securely. Cosmetics products that have been opened as well as gift cards cannot be returned.We will refund you the value of the products purchased and any tax applied. The original shipping charge is not refundable, unless we on our behalf have made a mistake with your order. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check, we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses.Uncollected packages are subject to an additional handling fee of 50 DKK / 7 EUR. This fee and the relating shipping costs for the return of the package to The Beauty Sleeper will be charged the customer.
NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS
All products are covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer, you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. If the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. When you receive your order, you must immediately examine the order to establish any defects or imperfections. In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. The Beauty Sleeper does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.
The Beauty Sleeper accepts the following credit cards: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, EURO/MASTERCARD, VISA/Electron and MobilePay. The amount will not be drawn from your card before the merchandise leaves our warehouse.
The Beauty Sleeper is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is gathered securely through the SSL (SecureSockets Layer). A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the Internet. Only PBS (your bank) has access to your information. The Beauty Sleeper guarantee the information you enter will NOT be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.
CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX / VAT
All prices are shown in Euros, US Dollars and DKK and the prices do not include delivery charges. For customers within the European Union, VAT (25%) is included in all prices. For customer outside the European Union (excluding Norway and Switzerland, VAT/sales tax is not included in the price. VAT/sales tax is instead charged by customs agencies when your package reaches your country of residence. We endeavor to avoid information errors but please note that pricing errors can occur. If the correct price is less than our stated price, the correct price will be charged to you. If the correct price is higher than the price stated on our web-shop, we will have to cancel your order. Then you will be contacted by e-mail.
The Beauty Sleeper follow the guidelines prescribed by the E-mark. We operate strictly under the current laws, rules, and regulations, sat forth by the Danish Consumer Department.
