Returns & Exchanges

At The Beauty Sleeper, we understand that sometimes a return is simply part of your journey to finding the perfect piece. Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase to hand.

Damages & Concerns

If your order arrives and something isn’t quite right—perhaps an item is damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered—please let us know straight away. We will handle it with the care and attention it deserves.

 

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the item you truly want, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been accepted. This helps us get your desired item to you as quickly as possible.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard returns, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Please also provide proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
