Elin Kling’s Bedside Favourite as Seen in British Vogue

Elin Kling’s Bedside Favourite as Seen in British Vogue

I want to share something personal with you...

Our Crudwell Silk Sleep Mask is featured in this April issue of
British Vogue, on the final page in their “Vogue Asks” column.
When Elin Kling, co-founder of Toteme, was asked what’s on her nightstand, she answered:

  1. The Crudwell Sleep Mask from The Beauty Sleeper
  2. A nourishing nail oil from Hermès

To see our Sleep Mask listed first - and in such great company - was incredibly special. It means even more coming from Elin Kling, someone I’ve long admired for her effortless, understated chic and timeless approach to style.

That she chooses to sleep with our silk mask every single night feels like the highest compliment — especially knowing how essential a good night’s sleep is for someone as busy, creative and inspiring as Elin.

British Vogue also holds a very special place in my old fashion heart.
In my twenties, I lived in London and worked in fashion - just starting out, full of dreams, often with a copy of Vogue tucked under my arm.
Being featured in those pages was always the dream. And now, years later, to see something I’ve created right there… it’s a quiet full-circle moment I’ll never forget.

This isn’t the first time Vogue has recognised our silk sleep masks -
former Fashion Director Lucinda Chambers once called them
“the Rolls Royce of the sleep mask”.

This is something my humble heart will remember and cherish on the days when the road feels uphill. But today is one of those good days — and with the weekend just around the corner, I’m sending you my warmest wishes for a happy, healthy and restful one, wherever you are.
