Returns
At The Beauty Sleeper, we understand that sometimes a return is simply part of your journey to finding the perfect piece.
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
The buyer is also responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Damages & Concerns
If your order arrives and something isn’t quite right, perhaps an item is damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered, please contact us straight away.
We will handle it with the care and attention it deserves.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you truly want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As with our standard returns policy, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Please also provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
